eyeball stop on Globex ... I hardly ever leave a stop because I've seen them "run" too many times ... so I keep a watch on my position ... in a slack trading time like on Globex , I "sometimes" will leave the room and the trading box ... but NEVER do during the day ... and I mean NEVER .... I won't even go to the head and leave one open ...if it is that necessary to visit the necessary (pun) ... close it out and GO .... ggggggggg but then most of my trades are five minutes or less anyway and even at my age, I can hold it that long ....... to answer your question ... mostly mental stops, but close and quick ...
