regards ^VIX,i would be satisfied with one sudden surging upward spike--doesn't have to be 60,i think,but it must be an event that will stand out as a dramatic spike on all future charts--that will be it,the catharsis,the true capitulation that, as of now, simply hasn't happened yet.max
