I thought it might be E-Tek related, but I'm unable to come up with a convincing explanation even with that in mind. I'm hoping that someone can walk me through the numbers.

I assumed that E-Tek would be dilutive to earnings, especially with purchase accounting. But it's one thing for an acquisition to be dilutive to earnings--quite another for it to be dilutive to cash flow from operations.
