Madly and Andy,
I like both your ideas. Here are some of my concerns.
One of my concerns are with the 5 million privately held shares that will become tradeable in August, and Carl Smiths 3.2 million preferred shares that are converible on a 1:5 basis( is Smith converting shares now ?).
Both of these issues will have a serious dilution affect on the stock.
What really concearns me about this matter, is that if this company currently is a non reporting company, then does that mean they do not have to report insider sales of stock.

Another question I have concerns the 1996 numbers stated in the research report. EPS = $.08. Thats on the fully diluted basis of 24.3 million shares.
But for the year ending in 1996 they had only 8.3 million shares outstanding which would give a EPS of $.22 a share for 1996( 1,860,000
\ 8,300,000 = .22 ). The same goes for the first quarter 1997.
My question is, how many shares will they use for these quarters to determine the EPS.

Above, are a couple of my questions I would want to ask Smith.

Madly, did Smith say that a Walmart deal had been signed or they put an order in for cards? So when did he say the numbers would be out?

Lets start a list and get the ball rolling. Once we have a list of questions, we will call or fax them to Smith.
