``We unconditionally deny that Enhanced TV infringes on anyone's patents,'' a Disney spokeswoman said. ``Enhanced TV was developed in-house and completely independently.'' The goniffs can't even keep their PR hacks' ducks in a row. The second sentence, even if true, in no way refutes ACTV's claims.
