Wayne, I sold my MSFT holdings in 1998 which I had owned for years because I thought the company was overvalued at that time since the growth had started slowing. In my opinion the initiatives at IBM and HP with Linux need to be considered when evaluating the company. They used to have a great monopoly with lots of muscle, but that is now being attacked. This company has never invented a thing and has not been very flexible. I don't know what the stock will do but in my opinion the company is vulnerable in all their businesses. I noticed that AT&T is not going to use their system in the set top boxes which is a slap in the face to MSFT You can see I am not buying at these prices. <ggg> Joan
