Hutch,
I received a proxy solicitation in the mail the other day. Pretty normal stuff to be voted on other than a proposal to consolidate shares on a 7 old for 1 new basis with a resultant name change to WestPrem Resources Corp. (AGM: June 13)

There are currently slightly under 21 million outstanding so this would alter the structure to about 3 million o/s. It will take 75% of votes cast to pass this special resolution.
I hope to contact Don Morrison next week to get a read on this and current market activity.
