Not especially, more that lots of factories, especially
in California are shutting down because they cannot afford
$60/mmbtu natural gas and some people may be wearing sweaters rather than pay $10/mmbtu in other states......

As cold as it is and is going to get this next week,
if there isn't more than 158 draw --- its got to be
related to demand more than supply I think.
