Because it keeps you holding your stock so that the Reg S folks can dump it without competition and keep the thing from caving in.

Jeff Bruss needs you to hold, and needs others to jump in on his "hype" releases, so that he can work his magic for the company that paid him, either in stock or in cash. Once those bank accounts off shore are full, and Bruss has sold his shares, he'll never comment on the stock again.

Check the threads on each of the stocks he has "hyped" over the past year and a half.

BTW, wonder who the poor bastard is that bought this stock at $9 on Bruss' hype? Tragic, but I hope he/she learned a good lesson. My lesson cost me, hope your's doesn't cost you, Clay.
