Going to try one more time. HAXS. Got their S4 approved today and shareholder meeting set to vote on the rollup 1/26. Delisting threat gone. It was not because of value, it was because of the corporate structure and that problem has disappeared. It was never in real danger of being delisted.

Someone filed a 13D yesterday taking a 6.5% interest in the company. This is a 2 dollar stock that is going to be profitable in Q1. Take a look at the filings of the past couple of days and Yahoo press releases. They could be cash flow positive right now if they wanted to.

I have a large position in this by way of disclosure at a cost basis under 2 so do your own DD. I think they're going to have a big January. FWIW
