Good article. CSCO, INTC, MSFT, EMC, SUNW et al have caved in or are caving now. The opticals are decimated. The DOW is pretty much the last hold out. CSCO was one of the last hold outs in October 1998. The DOW looks to have that role this time. And, I doubt there will be any rocket launch out of the lows.
