Here is news today, for the three or four of us that still watch this thread..... wb

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 21, 2000--NVID International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NVID) announced Thursday that a stock purchase agreement has been concluded for the purchase of Environmental Health & Pollution Control International, Ltd. ("EHPCI") of London, England.
EHPCI had certain marketing, distribution and manufacturing rights from a prior licensing agreement with EHPC Limited, the parent company of EHPCI for the U.S. patented, non-halogen (chlorine) Reservoir Metering System ("RMS"). Details of the purchase were not released, but involved NVID common stock only.

NVID also announced today an agreement with In The Web, LLC of Phoenix, Ariz. for the creation of a new NVID / Aqua Bio Technologies website with full e-commerce capabilities. Initial designs have been approved and the 100-plus page website is targeted to go on-line in January 2001. Shareholders will have the ability to download up-to-date technical / product information, financial data and company news, as well as give NVID a first class site for lead generation and product sales. The site will be integrated into a marketing database system currently under construction by Cyrrus Mexico, S.A. de C.V. of Mexico City. The system will initially include marketing research already completed, which has identified 15,000 potential distributors sorted by niche market and country. Both the website and database system will be in English and Spanish.

Additionally, NVID has signed an agreement with Macro Marketing, S.A. de C.V. for the creation of promotional brochures, CD and overhead presentations and advertising copy for publications. All promotional material will be completed in January 2001.

"With the EHPCI acquisition completed and necessary supporting infrastructure nearing completion, NVID plans a full scale marketing program centered around the Company's ionic silver / ionic copper proprietary assayed formulations to kick-off in the first quarter of 2001," stated David J. Larson President of NVID International, Inc. "The first targeted markets will be commercial / municipal drinking water applications and hospital hot water systems, in which the performance of the RMS has proven itself in these applications over the last year in Mexico for drinking water disinfection, and the U.S. for hospital hot water systems for control of Legionella."

About The U.S. Patented RMS Ionization Technology

The disinfection foundation of the RMS and all NVID water treatment technologies are derived from a form of silver, and or silver compounds, which controls over 650 different microbes as cited by the National Academy of Sciences.

The RMS ionization technology enhances the disinfection properties of halogens (chlorine) at reduced levels, and is positioned to be a cost effective stand alone alternative to halogens in many market niches where traditional disinfection methodologies are currently being employed. The RMS system manufactures ionic silver as its biocide in an ion-laden concentrate, and then precisely dispenses the concentrate via a dosing pump based upon flow utilizing proprietary-assayed electrodes as the method of water disinfection. The ions produced by the RMS system do not dissipate in high temperatures and are produced off-line without utilizing process water.

RMS installations now include hospital hot water systems, airports and office buildings for Legionella control, cooling towers and municipal drinking water applications for microbiological disinfection purposes. Additionally, the Director General of Environmental Health for the country of Mexico has approved the RMS ionization disinfection system for treating residential / commercial drinking water with low part-per-billion levels of ionic silver.
