I returned mine and voted against the consolidation of shares. Unless there is a game plan the only thing the small shareholder is going to have is fewer shares rapidly falling in price. The only thing the consolidation does is provide insiders with the opportunity to issue more shares. The VSE is full of these consolidations. Batter up new ballgame.
