Was hoping someone could comment on this... I saw a piece written on PWER which cites some reasons why they might be close to issuing an earnings warning or possibly lowering guidance at their next earnings report on Jan 24. The reasons cited were 1) Artesyn (their major competitor) issuing a warning, citing a slowdown mainly at Cisco (a major PWER customer) 2) Major insider selling...it has been pretty insignificant 3) Inventories building up...over twice as fast as sales 4) an increase in A/R, 144% increase vs a sales increase of 107% Anyone care to comment?
