Our underwriters are having a bit of a problem at the moment with Mr. Levitt. Seems he is leaving office with one or two final gifts for the nicer folks on Wall Street...hence the issue of distribution of those pre-Hypo shares.

I am told however, pre-distribution issues may be resolved sooner than expected depending upon when the Shrub Administration announces their crony friendly pick for replacing Mr. Levitt.

We will update you as the story unfolds.
