I was expecting them to do this because conditions for another share offering to the public are not good. The overall IPO market is very bad. Many small companies are putting off new issues because they would not go over well in the market.

The funding will allow them to expand their clinical trials which will ramp in second half of the year. I expect them to put the money to good use.
