I seem to feel that Happy-Girl nailed it nearly perfectly. If I did not know better I would think she had been at my house when the new dishwasher was installed. What convinced me that she was not was the point where our stories parted ways, when the husband gives up. She would take on the project the rest of the way, I would need to use a life line, and phone a friend.

Ring Ring....."Hi Katie, is Dave there...<a few seconds later> Oh hi Dave, Mike was at it again, can you come rescue me, before the kids lose all the parts to the new dishwasher??? Aww thanks Dave, your the best!!! "<GGG>
