What a difference 24 hours makes.

Tom,

Last night about this time, I was preparing for a Fibonacci type disintegration of our stock. Yes, I did panic. No, I was not about to sell our stock. I have yet to sell a single share and I was determined last night to go down with the ship. For therapeutic reasons and for moments like last night, I had started the Conspiracy against Iomega Thread. There I am able to vent my anger and find a kind of solace.

Today, it looks like a no-brainer to have made a decision not to sell. Years from now when we retell this story, people will wonder what the fuss was all about. I am convinced, just as you have alluded to, that this is the beginning of something important. Not only about the history of Iomega, but about the Internet and the power of the collective wisdom. Teilhard de Chardin forecasted the connection of a collective wisdom in his writings in the early part of this century. I don't know exactly where this thought is leading me, but I'm going to play around with it in these forums. Naturally I'm not going to let this interfere with my making sound investments. In fact, I am hoping that it will improve my thinking process and help me to make better investments. What do you think?

Regards,

Mary
