The market is forward looking. Always has been. Always will be.

The Market is looking forward and is stamping a big NO VOTE on what it sees. Note that this phase of voting began immediately after The Supreme's handed the keys over to Bushy and has continued as Bushy makes his confidence-building appointments.

Old Oil, Oil Economy, Old Military, Old Thinking and in Bushy's case, NO thiking.

The result? NO CONFIDENCE.
