Between now and early JAN is the time to buy tech stocks, even some of the remaining "pigs" for at least a technical rebound. I think as tax loss and window dressing of portfolios gets out of the way that we will at least see a "relief" rally. I think there is a fair possibility that once investors have time to calm down and reflect over the holidays about where the economy and particular companies are headed the market will rally strongly into the first quarter of 2001.

Buy as good stocks get smashed and day-trade them or hold onto them. Most of the remaining pigs have already been slaughtered and the doom sayers are wrong imo. Buy into the fear and panic.
