Before you get too critical, I think you need to see this one play out. The immediate wave of emotion hit, and now that things have settled down, the truth or the "rumor" will be revealed. Maybe in a week or two if this thing is a farse, you can post a message and say "I'm glad I didn't fall for this one."

For now, there is still more than enough reason to "hold" and see how this thing plays out.

If nothing else, AGTI is a safe stock. With a pretty solid base around .50, there is only room to move up. I don't think you can get burned on this one, except for the fact that your money has been tied up. That is the only downside I see.
