Half-baked opinion or not, what's your reason for choosing the number 3.5?

Gold still looks sleepy/dead despite all the drumbeating by GATA et al.

I heard that GATA's and Reg Howe's lawsuit stands little chance of success because the courts would probably turn out to be biased/"roguish" in favor of the government. In other words in matters concerning the agenda of the government the courts cannot be trusted.
