Aren't you being just a little bit dogmatic about that?
"God gave us a brain with the ability to explore, learn and raise questions." All well and good, but He also gave us the ability, nay, the responsibility, (after weighing the options)to reach the occasional conclusion. Like you just did. It's possible to be so open minded your brain falls out.
