It's also interesting to see that the FAB30 copper process is much better than initially expected. While the old alluminium process runs pretty much out of steam at 1 GHz (theoretical the Durons should be better overclockable because of the smaller die) the copper Athlons achieve a 30% clock-speed advantage. That's pretty significant IMO. Without Dresden AMD would face serious problems to fulfill 1 GHz demand.
