What's a grub?

An important or unusual global message number or ordinal intra-thread number.

There are good grubs and bad grubs.

Bad ones are those only divisible by 100. Lame.

Those divisible by 500 are only slightly less so. In fact, I take grubs seriously enough that sometimes I'll do selective message deletions to rob someone of their prize if I think it's ill-gotten or particularly lame in some other regard.
