BEAS - The Importance 200 Day Moving Average marketgems.com
When stocks are above their 200 day moving average we have more chance of increased volatility both on the short and long side (in one session usually).. When a chart like PWER, AHAA, TLGD is in 'sink or swim' territory - near the last support level beyond the 200 day moving average, you have more chance for a continuation of the downtrend.. and a recovery is transitory at best. AHAA PWER and TLGD were swing shorts for so long we almost missed the upside today!
