Hi, Bosco--you are on the right track. What puzzles me is how the fixed assets could go down from nearly zero. They were already publicly valued for peanuts on 9/12, so when the pay-down was made on 9/29 of 1.6 mil. how did we go l.1 mil. below near-zero just by having an appraisal? Clearly, the company was telling the bank something different than they were telling us back in September. It is also possible that the paydown was related to something else, in part. For example, the bank may have reduced the eligibility for base calculation for equipment from 60% to 30%. I would need to go back to the filing for the first waiver to figure out exactly what is going on.
