EXFO lockup fears have no merit.

99%+ of the 38 million unlocking shares belong to one man. Germain Lamonde the CEO.

The number of shares held by Germain Lamonde includes:

- 35,340,000 multiple voting shares held of record by GEXFO
Investissements Technologiques inc., a company controlled by Mr.
Lamonde;

- 1,900,000 multiple voting shares held of record by Fiducie Germain
Lamonde, a family trust for the benefit of Mr. Lamonde and members of
his family; and

- 760,000 multiple voting shares held of record by G. Lamonde
Investissements Financiers inc., a company controlled by Mr. Lamonde.

If you were CEO Lamonde, would you in effect commit hari kari by selling? And especially at this level? I think not.

The remaining portion of the freed shares are held by the board for a total of 165k. Ladies and gentlemen, this is in effect, a lockup expiration of 165k shares.

Falbo is mistaken. Not so surprising coming from a TSCM writer.
