Curtis: I like the idea of compiling and submitting a single, written list of questions for Carl Smith to respond to. Certainly, to start with, the questions relating to how EPS are to be calculated and factors affecting dilution must be asked. The formal reports will almost certainly answer a lot of questions, so we might try to limit ourselves to questions not likely to be addressed adequately therein. I am interested in how many cards are being sold, of course, but I'd like to know what the profit margins are, what the on-going marketing strategy is, how does management plan to sustain sales in future years, what's to keep all sorts of competition from jumping in (I'm impressed that this might be a pretty easy business to get into - low-tech, lots of companies like Frontier who might consider doing the same thing, and why is CLYC particularly qualified to succeed in this business? There, that's my contribution. George
