Yaacov, That was very fast thinking and good judgement on your part. I think that Intel has its work cut out and several brokerage houses during the day did downgrade Intel. I personally bought some more shares at 150 and3/8 as I was working at the time and could not watch the ticker tape. Since I am a long term investor, I just don't have any idea on the day to day movements in this company as everytime I make a guess, the opposite happens and on Friday it was a knock out Best Wishes Frank
