i wouldn't worry too much about their cash position. as of one mos. ago, they had almost $2b to work according to their CFO in public mtg. this down market cuts both ways, they will have lots of leverage with partners and new ventures.

$230m cash
$284 liquid stock including guaranteed/ fully hedged $260 m position in ARBA
$600m cash in public partner cos.
$900m cash in private partner cos.
