FED has now completed their regain of control over the market which they had lost by their abuses during the '70s. The market was in full control in 1980. By 1982 FED started to re-assert and by '95 they were 80% back in control. Now they have reverted back to their pretenses of the '70s with the enthusiastic acceptance by the so-called experts.

I claim the stock market and economy will now be subject to the good old 4 year business cycle which will accumulate dross that it can't expel in every cycle. Thus there is a rising floor under inflation and that means we'll be subject to ever greater interest rate swings all engineered by those geniuses at the FED who know what they need to know.

It isn't that investment won't work. It's just that I don't want to be sent through the wringer because a collection of grade A fools happen to be in authority with the applauding approval of an illiterate investment world. You can't make right long term investments in the engineered prosperity world. You have to operate like a pirate.
