How are they going to get that cash out of their partner companies? They are burning through it. They cant just ask for their money back. Some of these companies that have cash tied up in them probably realize there is no hope of ever recovering and no hope of more backing from ICGE, so they are probably throwing office parties every week before they fold. After all, if you're going to go out of business and go bankrupt, you might as well throw one a heck of a party.
