Cramer is correct that many FO stocks are still enjoying high valuations. But valuations are relative to growth and earnings. And Fibre Optics companies are simply growing faster than most any other sector. That is why we gave them those valuations in the first place. CSCO had an enormous valuation and has been cut down to size. Lucent has a PE of that of a cyclical. And when the market turns north it will most likely be the Fibre Optics stocks leading the charge once again.

But Cramer has been criticized much lately for "working his agenda" on CNBC. So I would have to dismiss his comments as just that, and assume that he is short FO stocks. . . .though not in his hedge fund. . because he lost that. FO stocks "should come down"? If you are short, then yes, by all means they "should". >smirk<
