Bob,

By the same token, the person who buys those $6 shares for $30 tomorrow will be able to sell them for more than $120 in less than 4 years, probably in less than 2 years.

So perhaps there's another option to:

A. It went to money heaven;
B. It was never there;
C. It's awaiting the next round of momentum players to step back in.

... and they will. After the value guys turn the baton over to the growth guys. So that phantom money is just in purgatory and will return to those who are patient.
