There is no way to know for sure, but Milberg Weiss is not known for filing frivolous lawsuits. They tend to know what they can win (or settle favorably), and they usually do. I agree many such suits may be groundless, but those filed by a few firms do get my attention, and Milberg is one of them.

I posted that here because of the allegation of failing to write down impaired assets - yet another way of misleading investors, if it's true.
