Richard, I'm not climbing the walls. I'm furious for the poor treatment by a business. I'm mad about the customer service and the fact that I recognize BB as a very small man now. I'm not panicked at all. I've seen all the ups and downs (more down than ups). I am mad, mad, mad about the treatment I received from someone I trusted. Stupid me. Hopefully others will learn and not be so stupid.
