Ed, I'm learning here, but this is my take on it. It seems to be a buy when it goes below it's 200 dma, which it is. It has seasonal lows at this time of year and seems to trend up thru spring and level out awhile before trending up again. It's low to me would indicate the 30-35 area from drawing a line on the lowest lows for 3 years. I've also noticed that this stock seems to do it's own thing pretty much more or less irregardless of markets or static. It would be for a longer term hold winter til late spring-summer.
