From RB:
1. Institutional roadshow starting January 9
2. Expecting to renew the Harley Davidson license shortly. It will be a North American license.
3. Core business has a North American potential of $70-$80 million.
4. New contract with Ontario Lottery to be announced sometime after holidays. Another one possible with the Australian Lottery.
5. The Company believes the TLC lawsuit is completely and totally without merit; that is is frivolous.
6. Acknowledged the World Cup license as a possibility if MDI can acquire it a the right price. Will know in the next 30-60 days.
7. Have a plan they have submitted to the Nasdaq to demonstrate how they will resolve the current failure to meet smallcap requirements. Have not heard back. One way will be the expected profit in the coming year (2001) and another way is a $3-$5 million private placement they anticipate in the 1st quarter 2001.
8. MDI will resume talks with Camelot about various lottery initiatives. They include but are not limited to instant tickets. I was very intrigued by the matter-of-fact manner in which SS alluded to lottery initiatives. this answers my curiousity as to whether there was any connection between MDI and Camelot.
9. Sunrise has had no role thus far. SS will meet with them after the 1st of the year to see if there is reason to continue.
10. He alluded to a "high-profile sports license" that MDI is currently looking to acquire. Said it could be the license of licenses. Hhhhmmmm. He did say it was not the NCAA.
11. Projects NIBTID at about 12%-15% of revenues on the initial base 2001 revenues of $12.6 million. Projects 21%-22% if we double that revenue.
12. The projected 2001 revenues of $12.6 include some of the backlog and contracts expected to renew during 2001. It does not include internet revneues or any new contracts signed.
13. The Company is actively pursuing international licenses and activities.
