<<Would everyone take note that Jeremy and Motenko have new long-term contracts, and even though they have sold a part of their holdings, they retain the right thru options to buy those shares back at the same price...>>

This is an incredible deal for Paul and Jerry, and I do think that they deserve it, and they get to take millions out and keep 100% of the upside. By keeping 100% of the upside, their motivations and incentives of this labor of love (up til now---since it is now a labor of 'profit' as well) remain intact as well.

The bigger question is, why did Jacmar and all go to creative lengths so Jacmar can have exactly 51% of outstanding shares? I don't think it is to INSURE that Jacmar is looking out for the best interests of us minority shareholders. Of course it is a great vote of confidence that they were happy to pay $4 a share for the bulk of the transaction considering the current undervalued market price . But I am not 100% sure exactly what would stop them from being able to buy the rest of the company for the same price, which I would not be happy with. I really have no reason not to think that Jacmar's plan is to continue to grow the company in the same manner which we are now accustomed to with the intention of enhancing shareholder value for all shareholders. But if any events occur which point in another direction, we should remain vigilant.
