Hi ak - at this point I don't know if there is any fraud perpetrated, but it appears to me you and others are keen on reading financial statements. In hindsight, maybe to firing of the comptroler was enough evidence for us to head for the exit. I cannot speak for others, but I think I was too unrealistic. Of course, I could always argue that this is a real co with a vital component for the wireless industries. And the wireless sector was hot. If the wireless sector remained hot, maybe the outcome of this mess would be less dire. So, I guess there is a combination of factors. What gratifies me [I know, this is kinda quixotic :)] is that you folks seem to stand and fight. A great human spirit! So, in the holiday season, I salute you! best, Bosco
