To answer your question, I've been enjoying a buying spree ranging from higher risk to lower risk.
This week I bought ORCL, CSCO, SUNW, MOT, LU, CIEN, JDSU, AVNX, JNPR, NTAP, EMC, BRCD, ARBA, CMRC and others.
I like PWER and GMST long and short term.
I also like cash. Approx. 35% of my portfolio.
Additional 25% is non tech related.
