The best dogs/laggards I see are:

BELW selling at 1.54 times CF and grew production 22.88% 3Q over 3Q and 15.44% 3Q over 2Q. (57% NG) Leverage 74%

BNO selling at 1.56 times CF and grew production 4.31% 3Q over 3Q and 5.88% 3Q over 2Q and is 99.87% NG. Leverage 99%

SMOP selling at 1.7 times cash flow, leverage at 28% and as we all know it's for sale.

PNO selling at 1.77 times cash flow and grew production 39.91% 3Q over 3Q and 5.54% 3Q over 2Q. Leverage 99%. 70% NG.

HHLF selling at 2.2 times cash flow and grew production 31.29% 3Q over 3Q and 9.8% 3Q over 2Q. Leverage 28%

TMR selling at 2.43 times cash flow and grew production 2% 3Q over 3Q, 58% leverage and 55% leverage.

CWEI selling at 3.1 times cash flow, 29% leverage and grew production 60% 3Q over 3Q.

TLM selling at 3.19 times cash flow, grew production 36.9% 3Q over 3Q and leverage of 37.66%.

OXY selling at 3.36 times cash flow, grew production 22% 3Q over 3Q and leverage of 56%

PRZ selling at 3.8 times cash flow, grew production 31% 3Q over 3Q and leverage of 64%.

and

AOG selling at 3.7 times cash flow, grew production 14% 3Q over 3Q and leverage of 43%.

Those are all the E & P's selling at less than 4X CF and are still growing.

If you buy into NG prices staying high for 2 or more years, the leverage will come down on the dogs.

The dogs are always the highest percentage gainers, and are always the last to move in the cycle.
