I think the most dangerous part of Scalia's twisted thinking was:

"Our consideration is limited to the present circumstances, or the problem of equal protection in election processes generally presents many complexities."

In other words, while we plan to steal this election it will be dangerous to the country for anyone else to steal elections. This is close to treason.
