It'll keep getting worse since home equity loans are way up from last year. I think CCR had it up 60%. There was a one hour investment infomercial program on the radio on home equity loans (arcloan.com) where they were pushing people to take out loans to pay off margin or to jump on a cold stock. No wonder, people's equity in their homes is flat or falling over time.
