Unless I am missing something your statement about cash is wrong. The last Income Statement I looked at had Total Current Assets of about $126mm and Total Assets of a little over $300mm. Of that $3oo mm plus over $120mm was good will. This Good Will is going to hang around for a long time and be a drain on earnings. If the Telecoms are in fact slowing down spending then this stock may be at least fully valued. I know it looks cheap based on hitech multiples over the last couple of years but I am quickly learning the rules on valuations have changed this year. If you want to respond to this please go over to the nsmm site and we can discuss further. Finally I may be all wet on the above but thats how we learn new info.
