Ya know, probably the most successful foreign
policy era the United States ever had was under
the so called "Powell Doctrine" which was that
war the the politics of last resort, but if you
must resort to it, go in with everything you
need to win. Albright is a fat cow who couldn't
do anything right as Sec. of State. Evidence
enough is that every Clinton intervention either
ended in disaster, or stalemate. Her opinion
means nothing now.
