Yes, this does look delightful. I actually bought some more at C$4.35 the other day. I'm still not bullish on gold but I think a rally is possible. The bet for me on FGX is that the properties could be very low cost gold producers and will be an attractive acquisition. And, you're right, the Marlin area could hosts a few deposits as it is located on an important crustal break.

I think if Marlin can achieve 10 million tons averaging 4 grams with a high-grade starter pit it may become a mine. We'll see. I believe that would give it an in-situ value somewhere around US$70 million or about US$4.25 per FGX share.

One of the problems here is unusual as it is rarely encountered in a speculative stock. Management already has lot's of money personally and they don't have to do anything until what they think is the right deal. My question is do they have the same threshold of value as the average shareholder?
