The market does look like it could be turning as the Momentum on the MomentuMonkey Indicator has turned POSITIVE from NEUTRAL. The target price though is still in negative territory, but improving to 1292, down 0.4% from the 1297 at 11:40 CST. Valuation remains NEUTRAL. It's a hard decision, but I'm holding on to my position in the Pro Funds Ultra Bear (2x S&P). I think we're just doing a technical rally in a bear market. Many more negative announcements are due after January 1. Markets don't V bottom. Many people have never witnessed a bear and will not return, once burned, forever shy.
