Thanks for your insight. I believe that the company was planning a secondary offering last year, but put those plans on hold due to the drop in share price. Perhaps this news is positive since it allowed the raising of capital without the dilution of the common stock-for now anyway.

Are you going to the shareholder's meeting? I would be very interested in what the company's position is on this matter.
